O.G. Hickory

Truffle-O Bill

The world's first and only truffle infused beef jerky.  This jerky is made by adding real black truffles, sourced from Italy, into our O.G. Hickory marinade.  The resulting delicacy is a smoky, savory, sweet "UMAMI BOMB" with just the right dose of truffle to set your flavor gearshift into overdrive.  He was a Truffle-O Soldja, Dreadlock Rasta!

Bootleggin' BBQ

Our sweet and spicy jerky collaboration with Baby Blues BBQ of University City, Philadelphia.  This mild jerky is starts off as O.G. Hickory before being lambasted with Baby Blues signature house sauce, Sweet Kick BBQ Sauce.   When the initial sweetness subdues, a subtle but delicious heat finishes off this flavor rollercoaster.

Teriyaki Balboa
