Q: How do I measure my belt size?
For the best fit, take an existing belt and measure from the leather at the buckle end to the hole you use the most. Then round up to the nearest available measurement (usually an even number).
If you don't have an existing belt take your waist size and add 2-3 inches to get your size.
Q: How long until I receive my order?
All leather goods are handmade and thus take a little longer to produce. We keep a very small amount of items in stock. Please allow 2-3 weeks for belts and smaller items. Larger items - like bags and satchels can take as long as 8-10 weeks to ship.
Q: How do I care for my leather goods?
While all our products are shipped ready to wear, you can condition your English Bridle or Natural leather with Obenauf’s Heavy Duty LP or Fiebing's Aussie Wax and a soft cloth. Re-condition every 6 months or as needed.
Horween Chromexcel and Essex only require a simple rubbing with a soft cloth or sheep shearling to bring out their sheen and get rid of small scuffs.
Q: Do you take custom orders?
We can make small modifications to existing designs for a fee (such a thread color, different hardware, etc). Major alterations and customizations are evaluated on an individual basis and primarily affected by workload.
Q: Can I return or exchange an item?
All sales are final.
Q: How do you ship your products?
We ship first class using United States Postal Service (USPS). Smaller items may not include tracking or insurance. Larger items will have tracking and insurance added as needed. Shipping costs are non refundablmay
When needed or by customer request we can also use FedEx and UPS (additional fees my apply). While lost and damaged packages rarely occur, after checkout the customer agrees to assume 100% responsibility for the order and any loss or damage should tracking and insurance not be requested.
Q: How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
Q: Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

All items are guaranteed to be free from usable defect. Slight variation from product to product is to be expected due to the nature of our process and materials used. Products found to be defective will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Damage caused by normal use can be repaired with a minimal charge.
Leather is an ever changing and organic product. Because each hide is different than the next, colors, thickness and blemishes will vary between each product. I try to select the best hides available. Some blemishes (animal scares, brands, etc.) are at timeS noticeable. With the proper care and attention most quality leather goods can last a life time. OLG strives to create goods, that will last a user’s lifetime.
Each product is made to order. Depending on volume, orders can take longer than the estimated shipping times on each items page. If you need to have an order by a specific date, please email me with your order number and I can try to accommodate you the best that I can. If ordering multiple items, the order will ship in one package using the item with the longest shipping estimate, unless otherwise discussed.
