Policy - Returns & Exchanges

Need to make a return? Let’s keep it simple. Odin Leather Goods gladly accepts returns for refund, exchange, or store credit on unused, qualifying items within 30 days of receiving your purchase.

 

Please note: you have 30 days to send your item back for a full refund. Items that have been worn or used will not be eligible for a return or exchange.

If you need to change shipping information after your order is placed, please reach out with that information. We will do our best to accommodate all requests.

Monogrammed products, custom products, and final sale items are not eligible for returns and/or exchanges.

 

How to make a return or exchange in our retail stores -

Products purchased online or in-store can be returned or exchanged at the Odin Leather Goods retail location.

We are unable to give cash refunds. We can only process refunds to the same credit card used for purchase or give the refund as a store credit.
